Message from the Dean and Vice Dean, Faculty of Arts

Welcome to the inaugural 2026 Canadian Undergraduate Research Excellence [CURE] conference, hosted by the Faculty of Arts at Mount Royal University [MRU]. We are very excited and proud to welcome so many students who are participating in research and scholarship in the Humanities and Social Sciences. The Faculty of Arts at MRU is passionate about Undergraduate Research, and we are certain that whether you are presenting a poster, a paper, or a creative work, you will feel inspired to explore new ideas across all disciplines. We also want to acknowledge the support of the Rocky Mountain Giving Fund, the exceptional work of the organising committee, and the many student and faculty volunteers. Enjoy the CURE!
