FALL SEASON 2025:
Fall league is open to Minnetonka High School students of all ability levels.
When: September 3rd - November 1st
How to register:
Players must complete registration and waivers to be added to roster and be eligible for Fall League
Have your player join the GroupMe run by captains after the first practice!
Registration includes:
practice and game fields
reversible jersey (no need to repurchase if you have the blue and black from previous seasons!)
Dates and Times
Practices M/W from 4:30-6:00pm at Minnetonka Middle School East. One weekly practice will be coach-led, one weekly practice will be captain led.
Practices will begin on 9/3 and end on 10/29.
Games times are 9:00am, 10:45am, 12:30pm - each team will play 1-2 games a week
Teams can expect to play 1-2 games per week.

9/6-10/11 - Saturday League Games
10/19 - NO GAMES - MEA Weekend

SPRING SEASON 2025:
2025 Spring Season:
Spring league is open to Minnetonka High School students of all genders and ability levels.
When: March 18th - June 5th 2025
How to register:
Become a MNU member ($60 charge for first time members).
Register players for the Minnetonka JV team, Varsity members will be moved up as needed
Have your player join the GroupMe by coming to see Coach Sofi in MHS room 2001.
Registration includes:
Practice and game fields
Two jerseys
Tournament fees for the season
Minnetonka disc

PRE SPRING BREAK:
3/18 MME Large 6-8pm
3/20 MMW Large 6-8pm
3/24 MMW Large 6-8pm
3/25 MME Large 6-8pm
3/27 MME Large 6-8pm – This date could be a MNU scheduled game day. If so, please plan for a 5-8 commitment, likely at an away field.
POST SPRING BREAK (regular season schedule):
Mondays and Tuesdays 4-6pm at North Lotus Lake Park.
Games will continue to be held at Minnetonka Middle School East in the back fields.
