Clubs and Sports

There are over 130 clubs and organizations you can join of all interests! If there is not a club that meets one of your interests, you can also create your own. More information on each club can be found on Embark, a community platform used by MHC. 

Overview of Embark: 

• Log in using your MHC general login 

• Create a profile with your interests and other information you want to share 

• Add groups that interest you 

  • • Note: Adding groups does not mean you have to attend the club 

• Once you add groups, they will be added to your profile and you will be able to see when they have events planned 

• On the main page after logging in, there is a full calendar of upcoming events happening at MHC 

MHC is part of the NCAA Division III and has 11 varsity sports teams, including: 

• Basketball 

• Cross Country 

• Field Hockey 

• Lacrosse 

• Riding 

• Rowing 

• Soccer 

• Swimming and Diving 

• Track and Field 

• Volleyball

Kendall, located near Torrey Hall, offers free athletic and recreational facilities for all students. Inside features the fitness center, gymnasium, pool, field house, and dance studios. Outside, the turf & track complex, soccer field, activity field, and tennis courts can be found.

Every student is required to complete 4 PE units in order to graduate from MHC. Some courses count for 1 unit, while others count for 2 units.
