You are invited to show your paper circuit!
Continue working on the lab document, which we began last class.
Due: Tuesday 2/6 before class
Complete the Lab, if you were unable to during the class session.
Due: Thursday 2/8 before class
Create a small project using your Circuit Playground Express. The project should create some kind of light output that changes over time (e.g., a few time steps, or a repeated in a loop). You may use the built-in neopixels or external LEDs (with alligator clips and optionally, a paper circuit). As a default, you may adapt either of the sample code sketches linked to below. They both use a button push to initiate the light display on the neopixels or LEDs via a paper circuit.
If you opt to try out external LEDs, see the Circuit Playground Express resource page.
Requirements
Document your process on your web site, including successes and failures encountered along the way. There should be:
Documentation of your build process (the steps you took in designing and building this project)
Code "sketch" (the code you used)
Video or multiple photos that demonstrates the project
A reflection: you may choose whether to use a written (1-3 paragraphs) or recorded (1-3 minute audio/video) format. Reflect on your strategic process when working on this design project. Use these prompts to guide your reflection (your reflection should touch on each of the bullet points):
What planning activities did you engage in?
What resources did you use to help in formulating a plan?
How did you evaluate if your plan was working?
Did you revise your plan?
For future projects, is there anything that you consider doing differently in terms of the plan-do-evaluate process?
