An overview on ecology of riparian cottonwood forests along unregulated rivers. Invasive Buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica) dramatically changes the ecology of these forests. Come learn about five common native shrubs in this ecosystem, their relation to Indigenous people, and their ecological role.
