The Accessibilities Services Director will review the documentation and determine if an accommodation is reasonable and warranted.
An accommodation letter will be issued to the student, and the student will be notified to pick up their accommodations packet.
Student signs each letter and presents a copy of accommodation to faculty/staff when requesting needed accommodations.
The Department of Counseling and Accessibility Services will work in consultation with faculty/staff and the student should any disagreement arise.
Meet with professors to discuss accommodations.
Notify Accessibility Services if accommodations aren’t being met.
Provide necessary documentation to request accommodations.
Notify Accessibility Services if accommodations are no longer necessary.
