Two years ago workers across Montana joined together to defeat "Right to Work" legislation. Together, we protected our wages, our benefits, and our safety on the job from out-of-state corporations. We won in 2021 but we knew the fight wasn't over!
The session's "Right to Work" bill is HB448 and will have a first hearing this Friday, February 17 at 830am. We have booked a space outside at the Capitol following the hearing to hold a rally. More details to follow!
It's time to get our messages into the House Business and Labor committee to let them know that "Right to Work" is wrong and Montana's workers deserve the freedom to bargain for a fair deal.

Here in Montana, we have a tradition of building strong communities. We respect and take care of one another. Sadly, some bills proposed in the State Legislature threaten our core Montana values.
HB448 is a "right to work" bill that would curtail Montanans' freedom to negotiate as both employers and employees see fit.
