GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. To be admitted to the program, the student should be a graduate of Senior High School from any of the academic track: Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
2. The student should be able to present the following:
-Senior High School Report Card-Honorable Dismissal-PSA Certified Birth Certificate-SASE results (must satisfied the cut-off score stipulated by the Department of English)-Filled-out Department Admission Form/Personal Information Sheet
3. The Department may add other requirements, as it deems necessary, to ensure smooth and quality admission of freshmen and transferee students.
