How Does Our Portfolio Incorporate Translanguaging?
Each component of this portfolio centers around a focus on translanguaging. This includes allowing students to read and write in their home language before completing a task, providing sentence stems to help ELLs get ideas across, or even providing materials in multiple languages. Through activities and assessments, we ensure that translanguaging is present throughout.
