Individuals from all 12 North Central States. Each state had 1-3 representatives who could attend meetings and contribute to the overall design of the learning sessions
Individuals from the planning teams split into smaller groups to help plan each learning session, often serving as speakers or helping arrange guest speakers.
Membership was open and anyone who attended any of the meetings or learning sessions could be considered a member of the NCoP. Planning team members were encouraged to invite others from their state to participate in the learning sessions as it related to their specific goals.
