Week 2
Animations
For our art project, we will be using the website FlipAnim to create short animations featuring some of our favorite animals. Students will need paper and a pencil to brainstorm their ideas for what they want to use for their animation. Sometimes drawing on the computer can be difficult, so practicing on paper first can not only be easier but a faster way to come up with ideas since there is more control. In addition, since we are creating our art on a website we will be saving the artwork to the computer so that they can share it with the class on a Google Jamboard. Parents are free to set up a file for their students to save their online art in, otherwise, I will walk the students through setting up a folder so they can save and share their work.
