The CyberAmbassadors program is run entirely by volunteers, who help facilitate trainings and provide logistical support. New volunteers are always welcome! There are many ways to contribute, and options to help in person and/or remotely.
CyberAmbassadors program facilitators are trained volunteers who organize and deliver trainings for their employers, institutions, and communities. In order to become a facilitator, the first step is typically to earn a certificate by completing all nine modules in the CyberAmbassadors curriculum. Certified CyberAmbassadors are invited to participate in facilitator trainings as they are scheduled, and you can email the program directors for more information.
Certified Facilitators are volunteers who have completed the CyberAmbassadors Communications, Teamwork, Leadership, and Facilitator training. Certification is earned by demonstrating expertise in the curriculum, regularly organizing and conducting trainings, and successfully integrating feedback from participants to improve the CyberAmbassadors program.
