Holiday’s Around the World Committee
Planned a Holiday’s around the world activity afternoon where each teacher in the school transformed their classroom into a different country. Students rotated to different countries assigned by their teachers and learned about different cultures and their traditions
March is Reading Month Committee
Participated in planning guest readers, door decoration contest, and reading around the school activities
Girls on the Run Program
Started the Girls on the Run program for third-fifth grade students in Charlotte Public Schools
Created a safe space for girls to be themselves and cultivate relationships with other girls their age as well as act as a mentor
Delivered a curriculum built to help young girls create positive relationships with themselves as well as others and provide girls
