Current Lesson Schedule

Morning Rehearsal Information

All of our large ensembles rehearse before the school day. Rehearsals begin at 8AM, and end at 8:55 when students then report to their homerooms. The main door is opened 10 minutes early at 7:50AM. Students are not permitted in the building before this time.

There is no busing for morning rehearsals, except from Sunrise at Hillcrest and the NABE. We rely on carpools to help our students get here. If you do not have a ride for your child, please email me at jean.graziano@msdk12.net or contact me on the REMIND app, and I will put out a request to all parents. If you are a parent who is willing to pick up a child on your way, also email me and I will keep a list!

Morning Rehearsal Times and Start Dates

Jazz Band - Mondays beginning October 7th. Please note, Jazz Band is only open to 5th graders who are purple belt or higher.

Band 5 - Tuesdays beginning September 10th.

Orchestra 5 - Wednesdays beginning September 11th.

Band 4 - Thursdays beginning tentatively on November 21st. Watch the schedule for a definite start date in November.

Orchestra 5 - Fridays beginning tentatively on November 22nd. Watch the schedule for a definite start date in November.

Winter Instrumental Music & Choral Concert

Dress Rehearsal (for students only) - Thursday, December 12th, 2019

Performance - Friday, December 13th, 2019 at 10AM

5th Grade Band, Orchestra and Jazz Band perform at this concert, along with all choruses.

Spring Instrumental Music Concert

Dress Rehearsal (for students only) - Thursday, May 14th, 2020

Performance - Friday, May 15th, 2020 at 10:30AM

4th and 5th Grade Bands and Orchestras perform at the concert.

STEAM Night/Jazz Band Concert

Thursday, June 11th, 2020 at 6PM

Jazz Band performs at this concert.
