Philosophy of Education

I believe that each student is a unique individual in need of a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow emotionally, intellectually, and socially. It is my mission to provide an environment which is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites the sharing of ideas. In order for students to reach their full potential, I will strive to develop students’ problem solving strategies, foster intrinsic motivation by stimulating the passion to learn, teach students to work collaboratively, and promote an empathetic community.
