Class Information
Hello parents and friends! I am Mr. Veath, and I am entering my 15th year teaching 5th grade at Mascoutah Elementary. This has been a wonderful place to teach with so many great students and families to work with. This year I will be teaching with Mrs. Hesker. I am teaching Math, Social Studies, and Science this year. Mrs. Hesker will be teaching ELA (Reading and Language Arts) and Writing. We have a lot of fun projects, experiments, and Chromebook activities planned for this year. Be ready this year to have fun and learn!
In addition to teaching I also run the recycle club here at MES. I also help in the mentor program for teachers new to MES.

Biography
I am 41 years old and I am starting my 14th year of teaching. I have beautiful wife of 9 years and a 7 year old son named Braylon and 3 1/2 year old daughter Adelynn. My family and I reside in O'Fallon and we enjoy playing with Braylon and Addy, spending time with family, and hanging with friends. I also love watching my St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and my Michigan Wolverines.
