Jill Holan

I am an Early Childhood teacher at Wingate Elementary School, and serve as Case Manager for children in PreK with an Individualized Education Plan.      

I’ve been teaching Early Childhood in Mascoutah School District #19 since August 1997, and I truly value the lasting relationships we build with our students and their families. My husband and I live in O’Fallon and are proud empty nesters of two sons who have graduated from college and are now out in the world “adulting” successfully. I’m grateful to work with such a fantastic team and look forward to the amazing progress we’ll see together this year! 

Joining me is Ms. Kelley, my amazing instructional aide. She brings 31 years of experience in MSD#19 and a heart full of dedication to young learners. She lives in Waterloo with her husband, has two children - one grown, and one playing baseball in Junior College. Her furry family includes two pups, Alli and Luna, who keep her busy and entertained at home!
