Transcript Requests

Parchment

• All transcripts must be requested in Parchment by clicking the "order records" button.

• Official transcript will NOT be released to PERSONAL or MHS email address.

• Orders are processed during normal business hours and may take up to 7 business days to process once received.

• Per FERPA, once a student turns 18, a parent/guardian can NOT request a transcript on the student's behalf. 

2025 GRADS: Final Transcripts were uploaded into Parchment. To check your order status, click 'Order' at the top of your Parchment account. 

ALUMNI / FORMER STUDENTS

• ALL transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment. Transcripts are no longer available for pick-up on campus. If you cannot access your Parchment account, click here to contact Parchment's Customer Support.
