Our office is open on regular school days, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
New families for the 2025-2026 School Year will be contacted by the Registrar to schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor. We look forward to working with your family.
Transferring Out -
Register at the new school and have a records request sent to hubert@msd19.org.
Record requests are processed in the order received within the 10 days allowed by the Illinois School Student Records Act (105 ILCS 10/8.1) (from Ch. 122, par. 50-8.1).
Please direct all inquiries regarding fees or school-issued items & textbooks to the main office at 618-566-8523.
School Counselors provide many resources for students. These tools include individual academic planning, student guidance counseling, consultation for educators, and career, social, and emotional development. School counselor caseloads are divided by alphabet by last name and special population.
Students can access their counselor by completing the online google form in the folder on your chromebook. The student's counselor will send a pass for the student as soon as possible.

School Social Workers are trained mental health professionals with a degree in social work who provide services related to a person's social, emotional, and life adjustment to school and/or society. School Social Workers are the link between the home, school, and community in providing direct, as well as indirect, services to students, families, and school personnel to promote and support students' academic and social success.
School Social Workers directly provide individual and group counseling, classroom lessons, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention to students. All students can access social work services by completing the online google form in the folder on your chromebook. If a student is having a mental health crisis, they can come straight to the Counseling Office during the school day.
The Military and Family Life Counselor provides a wide range of support to military children and youth, family members, and staff who work with these children. This includes: short-term non-medical counseling support, assisting in school adjustment, supporting deployment and separation, assisting in reunion adjustment, facilitating sibling and parent-child communication, addressing behavioral conc

The Counseling Administrative Assistant, Carolina Morado, is responsible for the overall general operations of the Counseling Office including registration. The Registrar, Traci Huber, is responsible for all school records; including entry and withdrawal and transcripts.
