Where do we start? PST Teams are encouraged to begin by being reflective on their own practice. This Problem Solving Team Rubric outlines the critical attributes of a strong PST process. This rubric is designed to encourage conversations on teams to help them identify areas of strength and focus.  This should be a living document that is referred back to throughout the school year so that teams can reflect and refine their practice.
