Most teachers WANT to integrate technology in their classrooms. They know that their students love it...and even need it...but a long list of daily classroom demands prevent them from finding the time to search for technology ideas for the classroom. Sometimes...you just need a SPARK! This conference is designed to offer teachers four different sessions on the first day packed with ideas that will IGNITE exciting activities to help you integrate technology into the lessons you are already teaching in content areas across the curriculum. You will learn about tech tools that will make lessons more exciting for your students, more efficient for your planning, and more effective so that learning goes deeper and student engagement soars.

Educators sharing ideas with other educators is powerful, so the 2nd day of this conference will be full of collaboration and creativity that will help your classroom GLOW. We will REKINDLE the day by beginning with YOUR questions. Need ideas? No problem. Do you have a lesson that needs to be spiced up a little? During this time we can take a lesson that is your least favorite to teach, brainstorm together, and tweak it a little to make it amazing with technology! Then we will have time for you to GLOW. What if you could collaborate with other teachers who teach the same content standards you do? Together, you can use the tools, tips, and tricks you've learned during the conference to take a lesson from ordinary to extraordinary!

Imagine PD that actually provides time for you to design lessons perfect for YOUR classroom. Just think about the stress this will eliminate during those first days when we are juggling so many other things. I will be there to offer individualized help during this work session should you encounter an obstacles that might otherwise delay your productivity if we left after day one. Pre-made templates you can customize with your content will be provided...or I will help you make your own ideas come to life. This is NOT going to be like any conference you have been to before. I've been listening to the "PD wants and needs" of my teacher friends for years, so I have designed our time together to meet those needs. It's going to be real. It's going to be fun.
