Think Sheets are used in specials and school wide to communicate with parents of behavior issues or plans created by student and teacher. When minor issues continue to reoccur and can not be changed with class redirection or resets, a Think Sheet is used to go a bit further to reflect on the behavior and to create a plan to help change and redirect the behavior as well as communicate with parents.
In P.E. I also use Think Sheets as a responsibility plan to be prepared for P.E. with sneakers and clothing, after I have sent home 3 paper reminds. I use this as communication tool with parents and to help students safely participate and to be most comfortable during activities as well as build upon our code of character responsibility by being prepared each day for any activity.
