  (2)  Chaperone  / Student Leader/ Deputy Student Leader/ Divided Tasks for each member

  (5) Dress Codes (school uniforms).

* Meeting the host families and host classes  (Padlet for REP)

  (1) Bring souvenirs (Cookies, items to show and tell, etc.)

  (2) Print Your Name Cards (Business cards with QR Codes)

* Dos and Don'ts for the student representatives: There will be fixed meeting time for the chaperone and students.

   (1) Work as a team. 

   (2) Follow the dress Code (school uniforms).

   (3) Deal with complaints/emergency/accidents (host school/host family/classes).

   (4) Staying in touch with your family every day.

   (5) Collecting data--photos/travel guides/booklets.
