World Youth Meeting (WYM)

World Youth Meeting in Nagoya (WYM)

Our school has been participating in the World Youth Meeting (WYM) since 2002. Before each summer, we recruit a team of outstanding students to conduct international collaborative projects on global issues with that in a Japanese partner school and attend WYM in Nagoya in summer vacation, Japan. 

The student representatives are arranged to participate in various activities and present the learning projects with those from our partner schools. Besides, they are warmly received by local host families, providing them with authentic ways to experience Japanese culture and customs as well as gain a deeper understanding of intercultural communication with long-lasting friendship.
