Hello, this is Mrs. Allen and I am one of the Physical Education teachers at the High School. This is now my 8th year teaching PE and 5th in the district. I completed my Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 2004, and completed my Masters of Science in Athletic Administration from Eastern Illinois University in 2005. I worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Carle Sports Medicine. I then attended the University of Illinois Police Training Institute graduating as a law enforcement police officer for Champaign County Sherrif's Office. In 2011, I began my career as a Physical Education Teacher. I also am the Head Girls Cross Country coach here at the high school. Hello, I am Lisa Ayers, a Physical Education teacher and head varsity softball coach at M-SHS. I am beginning my 9th year of teaching and my 5th year at M-S. This will be my 11th year as a coach, which has included volleyball, basketball, and softball. I graduated with an education degree from Monmouth College and am currently pursuing a masters degree in Educational Leadership at Eastern Illinois University. Hello, this is Mr. Brian Kusnerick and I am one of the Physical Education teachers at the High School. This is now my 6th year teaching PE and 4th in the district. I finished my undergrad at the University of Illinois in May of 2014, and performed my student teaching at Mahomet-Seymour High School and Lincoln Trail Elementary School in the spring of 2014. Taught my first 2 years after graduation in Newton, IL and then began here in Mahomet in 2016-2017. I also am an assistant girls’ basketball coach here at the high school and the 8th grade girls’ basketball coach at the junior high.
