Kelsey is the district nurse for the Mahomet Seymour school district. She started working for the district in 2022. Kelsey graduated from Millikin University and received her school nurse certification from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Kelsey also has nursing experience in the emergency department and urgent care. She lives in Mahomet with her husband and kids. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family, reading, drinking coffee, and working out with Peloton!

Patrick is the Middletown Prairie Health EOP.  He grew up in Mahomet and still lives here with his wife (Marissa) and 3 kids (Oliver, Kinley and Isabelle). He enjoys spending as much time with his kiddos doing any activity they wish to be involved in.  He classifies himself as a "big kid" and enjoys having fun all the time.  He bleeds LA Dodger blue, loves to renovate homes and helping people heal has always been a calling of his.

Kiara is the Health EOP at Lincoln Trail Elementary and she started with the district April 2022. She has 12 years experience working in the health field and also works at Bridle Brook Assisted Living. Kiara lives in Mahomet with her husband and 3 boys. She enjoys summer and being outside, going on trips and being with my kids.

Tara Pawlak is the Mahomet Seymour Jr High Health EOP. She has been at MSJH since August 2020. Tara lives in Mahomet with her husband and son. She has 2 adult children that she loves spending time with and going on trips together. She enjoys all things outside during the summer months.

Courtney Thomas is the Health EOP at Mahomet-Seymour High School. She has been the Health EOP since 2022. She has recently moved to Mahomet with her boyfriend, 3 boys, and her dog Jax. She has 14 years of healthcare-related background. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, shopping, spending time with her family, traveling and working out!
