Training is held on Tuesday morning 7:30 - 8:30 am in the hall.
Training runs from week 3 of term 1 to week 7 of term 4 2024.
At the beginning of the year athletes will be split into teams suitable to their age and ability level. Everybody makes a team! Each team will have a dedicated coach who will work with them throughout the year. Each lesson, they'll work on their routine choreography, formations and skills with their team. At the end of each lesson they will get to show their friends what they've learnt (cheering is a must!).
One of the best things about our school programs is the confidence and courage children build training for, and at, competitions.
By committing to a St James' Sport Aerobics team in 2024, you are also committing to attending all competitions throughout the year. Competitions are such a positive environment, we always love watching the school spirit that builds at competitions!
Competition information will be released 1-2 weeks before each competition. Please send us an email at schools@mrsaerobics.com.au if you have any questions.
