At Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics, we specialise in School-based Competition Aerobics Programs.

Sport Aerobics is a fast paced, energetic dance style that is great for fitness, coordination and strength. In teams, it helps develop confidence, cooperation and school pride. Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics is thrilled to be providing sport aerobics to your school, and is excited to see the students represent their school in competition with other schools across Queensland and Australia.

Our classes allow athletes to learn the foundations of sport aerobics in an encouraging class setting that is paced to individual skill levels that encourages enthusiasm, participation and belief in self  while developing  both fine and gross motor skills as well as flexibility, strength, coordination and teamwork, whilst having fun and keeping active. We provide a place to experience the joy of aerobics while our athletes gain confidence through learning a routine which is suited to their age and ability, whilst still letting their personality shine through!
