Responsibilities:

• Create and post announcements on social media and Musketeer Mornings. (Chase on the case).

• Design and paint posters.

• Design and hand flyers around campus.

Roles:

• Chair: Oversees projects, assigns takes, and ensures consistency.

• Co-Chair: Assists the chair, manages deadlines, and supports.

• Members: Help complete tasks.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan spirit day and rallies/run rallies.

• Organize School Dances.

• Host lunchtime games and activities.

• Run Madhouse.

• Plan and put on events that are not fundraisers.

Roles:

• Chair: Coordinates event calendars, works with advisors, and leads event planning.

• Co-Chair: Helps with logistics, communicants with other committees, and supports during events.

• Members: Help set up, decorate, run activities,  and bring energy to events.

• Recognize student birthdays and special milestones.

• Organize student recognition activities (shutouts, certifications, small.)

• Plan and run ASB elections fairly and smoothly.

• Chair: Oversees recognition programs and elections, keeps records of birthdays.

• Co-Chair: Supports with logistics, manages supplies for recognition activities.

• Members: Create birthday cards, post recognition announcements, and help with election setup.

• Plan and run fundraising events and donation drives.

• Manage student store operations (stocking, sales, organization).

• Track fundraising efforts and report results.

• Support ASB budget needs through creative fundraising ideas.

Roles:

• Chair: Manages store operations and fundraising calendar, works with treasurer/advisor.

• Co-Chair: Helps coordinate drives, supervises student store shifts.

• Members: Run the student store, collect donations, advertise fundraisers, and help

• brainstorm ideas.

Responsibilities: 

• Keep the ASB Website updated.

• Make the Rally Slides/Rally Technology.

• Run ASB Student Store Online Website.

Roles:

• Chair: Leads the Technology Committee and ensures all responsibilities are completed effectively.

• Co-Chair: Supports the Chair in managing the committee and steps in when the Chair is unavailable.

• Members: Help carry out the Technology Committee’s responsibilities and contribute to the success of ASB events and projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Sell snacks and drinks to students at lunch.

• Manage purchases and funds made in the store.

• Wash hands to avoid cross-contamination and put out/put away drinks and snacks.

• Add up total funds and count stocked items at the end.
