ML Schedules is a software platform designed specifically to manage facility reservations and bookings. It's essentially a digital tool that replaces the traditional paper-based system for scheduling classrooms, gyms, auditoriums, and other spaces.
ML Schedules Orders can be found in the MRH Bookmarks folder located in the top left corner of the Chrome web browser, by clicking the button to the above. The platform can also be found in the Google App Menu (waffle).
From MasterLibrary, Submitting a Facility Use Request
1. Select Requests > Find a Space from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select a Group.
3. Picking your Site/Building.
4. Pick the type of Space you're looking for.
5. Apply any filters that may be relevant, such as needing a podium or lights.
6. Enter the max occupancy you need.
7. Pick your Date and Time.
8. Press "View Availability".
Availability will be displayed based on your previous entries. If a space is available, check off the Space and press Continue.
ML Schedules™ My Requests page allows you to view all Facility Requests that you have submitted, both for events that have already occurred and those that are scheduled for the future. This page will also include requests that were submitted on your behalf.
To view your My Requests page while logged into the software as a user:
1. Select View > My Requests on the Left-side toolbar.
Important: When the My Requests screen is initially displayed, it will default to the Upcoming Events (future) mode.
