Toner or Ink Running Low?
Tell your Office Manager—they’ll request more from Marco!
Machine Stuck or Jammed?
Report it to your Office Manager—they’ll call Marco for service!
Copy Badge Not Working?
Submit an ML Work Order to the Tech Department for help!
Check the copier screen for jam locations.
Open the indicated doors/panels carefully.
Remove any stuck paper and close all doors securely.
If it still jams, notify your Office Manager.
Make sure you’re logged into PaperCut.
Verify your NFC badge is working (or enter your credentials).
If it still doesn’t print, submit an ML Work Order.
Your Office Manager will handle ordering—let them know!
Remove the toner cartridge
Slowly pull the toner cartridge straight up and out.
If the cartridge is pulled out abruptly, toner may spill.
Insert the new toner cartridge straight down
The ends of the cartridge must be oriented correctly or it will not be possible to insert the cartridge.
Close the toner tray
After the toner cartridge is replaced, toner filling takes place automatically.
If the message prompting you to replace the toner does not appear, do not open the toner tray.
