We're transitioning to IncidentIQ, our new technology support and asset management platform.

This summer we're:

• Configuring the new system

• Migrating district technology assets

• Building self-service knowledge articles

• Preparing for the July 1 soft rollout

Preparations for the 2026–2027 school year are well underway.

Includes:

• Building the new school year in our test environment

• Finalizing settings ahead of the July 15 rollover

• Streamlining staff security groups

• Reviewing and updating user access based on job responsibilities

• Preparing systems for student scheduling and rostering
