Monday-Friday in Randall Gym

4-6pm

JUNIOR VARSITY:

Monday-Friday in Randall Gym

6-8pm

FRESHMEN:

Monday-Friday in Harmon Gym

4-6pm

What to Wear for Practices:

Monterey High School Shirt (Volleyball, PE, etc.) or a plain t-shirt that is Green, Gold, White, or Black (MHS Colors).
Comfortable bottoms such as spandex, shorts, leggings, joggers, etc.
Good pair of shoes, preferably volleyball shoes.
Knee Pads, preferably white.

*Other optional things to wear:

Elbow pads

*Please bring a refillable water bottle!

Please no tank tops or shirts that show sports bras or midriffs. Spandex should not be revealing.
