ALL ATHLETES MUST BE CLEARED TO DO SUMMER WORKOUTS AND PARTICIPATE IN OUR TRYOUTS!

Here is the link to the Monterey High School's Athlete Clearance Page. Please follow the instructions that include creating a Sportsnet Account and uploading a current physical form completed by a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.
