• Construct a new Middle/High School at the current Gaudet Middle School site for grades 6 thru 12.

• Make renovations to the current Middletown High School for grades 2 thru 5, central school administration, and school facilities department to be named Valley Avenue Elementary School. 

• Establish a lower elementary school by making renovations to the current Forest Avenue Elementary School to support existing students in grades PK thru 1.  

• Decommission Aquidneck Elementary School, surplus back to the Town and make available for other uses.

• Decommission Oliphant Administration Building and Little Oliphant, surplus back to the Town and make available for other uses. 

• Demolish Gaudet Middle School and replace with recreation fields.
