"Athletes and Mental Health: The Hidden Opponent" is a valuable TEDx talk that brings awarness to the neglected topic of athletes' mental health. Vicktoria talks to her audience in a way that allows them to feel understood and heard. Her speech is relatable, inspiring, and it compels the viewers to take steps toward changing and reducing the stigma regarding all aspects of mental health.

"The danger of a single story" has always been one of my favorite TED talks because of the inspirational message and the open-mindedness of the speaker. Her story reminds me to look at things from multiple perspectives and never close off my mind to others. After watching this, it is impossible not to fall in love with the compellingness of her presentation.
