REQUIRED STEP FOR ALL RETURNING ROHWER FAMILIES
(New Students & Kindergarten Students should have already completed this!)
Register your child(ren) for 26-27 through the Synergy Parent VUE Website: ParentVUE/StudentVUE
Families will complete the Annual Update - If you have already completed this step, Thank You!
Step 2: Technology
3-5 Students ONLY: Cooperative Loss
Accidents happen! 3-5 students can pay a Cooperative Loss Agreement (like insurance) for their iPad. Please know if you indicate "No" any damages that may occur will be at full price.
Cooperative Loss fee can be paid online in Synergy Parent VUE. This fee does not carry over from year to year. It is strongly suggested that families consider paying the fee.
Step 3: Health Info
The health room is ready for student medications. Please bring them to Open House, if possible! You will have a form to fill out for each medication at school.
Teachers additionally review student health plans before the start of the school year. If you have any concerns to share, please do so before the first day of school! This includes new allergies, asthma, or other health related conditions.
Step 4: Breakfast & Lunch
Breakfast & Lunch Accounts:
Families may use the MySchoolBucks website at any time. There is a fee to use this website.
Families may also send a check or cash with their student on the first day of school & throughout the school year. Please CLEARLY LABEL any money you send to school with your child's name!

Rohwer Breakfast is served from 8:15-8:30 a.m.
Lunch Visitors: We welcome visitors for lunch at Rohwer after Labor Day! Thank you for your help with this, as we take the first few weeks to get in a routine with each grade level.

Step 5: Rohwer Gear
If you'd like to order some Rohwer gear, the store is open! There are multiple styles, designs, and sizes available onthe website!
Orders are DUE Septebmer 4th.

Did you order a supply kit with our PTO partner, EduKit?
They have arrived at Rohwer and will be available at Back to School Night on August 10th. Kits will be placed on student's desk in their classrooms.

Step 8: T-shirt sizes
The Rohwer Fun Run is coming soon - October 2nd!
We have decided to move our annual Fun Run from the Spring to the Fall! This helps to balance the calendar with all the events that take place throughout the school year. Stay tuned information will be coming!
In the meantime, we need to collect t-shirt sizes for all students!

Step 10: Who is my child's teacher?
Teacher assignments are based on many factors including academic need, a blending of students, and gender balance. Following these considerations, placement is assigned. Please know much thought has been given to the placement of each child.
Classroom teachers will be emailing families with your child's classroom placement on Thursday, August 6th at 4:00pm!
