Dear Rohwer Families,

It has been an incredible August and hard to believe that we are beginning September! Students and staff have been working hard on classroom routines and procedures and are getting into the swing of things! Thank you for following our drop off and pick up zones to help our traffic flow smoothly.

As as reminder, there is No School on Monday (9/1) and Tuesday (9/2). We are looking forward to seeing everyone back to school on Wednesday, September 3rd!

School Information

School Hours

School hours are 8:30 - 3:30 on M, T, Th, F and 8:30 - 2:30 on Wednesday.

Morning supervision begins at 8:15. The tardy bell rings at 8:30. Students arriving after the tardy bell rings will need to enter the school through the front doors and check in at the office.
Afternoon supervision is from 3:30 - 3:40 on M, T, Th, F and 2:30 - 2:40 on W . Please make sure your student(s) is picked up by 3:40 pm (2:40 pm - W).

Breakfast & Lunch Info

Students have the option to bring a cold lunch from home or receive a lunch at school.

Students select a lunch choice from the menu in their classrooms in the morning.
Students are charged when they come through the lunch line.
Price- $3.15 for school lunch (milk included)
Price - $0.55 for milk purchased with cold lunch from home with a funded lunch account

Funding School Lunch Account:

Cash or Check (Made out to Millard Hot Lunch) will be accepted in the office
MySchoolBucks - Create a free online to use a debit or credit card.

Breakfast: Grab & Go Breakfast is served at 8:15

Price: $1.65 for breakfast (charged to student lunch account)

Big Red Raffle - Support Allies in Action

It’s raffle time! The Big Red Raffle is here, and every ticket you purchase helps support Allies in Action.

✨Tickets are just $5 each or $20 for a book.

✨Purchase yours using this Google Form. Then send it your money and we will send home the raffle tickets.

All proceeds go directly back to Rohwer's Allies in Action—funding field trips, adaptive equipment, concession stands for movies and games, and so much more that make a big impact on our students.

Join us at the Back to School Bash for an evening of fun with our Rohwer community!

Wristbands include: Bounce houses, obstacle course, glitter tattoos, balloons, popcorn, cotton candy, and entertainment!

Food trucks will be onsite for dinner! Feel free to bring blankets or chairs to make your family comfortable!

Currently, we don't have enough parent volunteers to run all the bounce houses/games and we NEED your help.

If we are not able to fill volunteer spots, we are at risk to limit the number of fun experiences available at the Bash!

Please consider signing up to volunteer. We have a variety of roles available and appreciate your efforts to make this event a memorable experience for all! Every little bit of help makes a huge difference!
