This will be my seventh year at Wheeler Elementary. I have taught third and fourth grade. I graduated from the University of Nebraska and got my masters in curriculum and instruction at Doane University. I am currently taking classes at Midlands to get an endorsement in gifted and talented education. I consider myself to be a life long learner and love learning how to be a better teacher.

I was born and raised in Austin, Texas but am slowly becoming a Husker fan. My Husbands name is Bryce, he is a sales rep at Zimmer Biomet. We have been married for three years. We love to travel and do puzzles together. I have one beautiful daughter, Everly Lou Nimmo. She is a feisty, very particular, fun little girl who loves to sing and dance like her mom.

In my spare time I like to workout at Kosama, most days you can find me there at 4:30am before the day starts. I love to read murder mysteries and go antiquing with my mom. I love to sing and dance, especially if it is a Disney song. I learn through music so I use it a lot when I am teaching. I am a big Green Bay Packer fan and New York Mets baseball fan.
