E - Exceeding
Student can apply the skill/concept indpendently
M- Meets
Student can apply the skill/concept with minimal teacher support
P- Progressing
Student can apply the skill and concept at times, but continues to need support
B- Beginning
Student needs consistent support from teacher to apply the concept/skill
