ELA 8 Honors

Course Description:  Honors English 8 provides an extension of curriculum from the English Language Arts 8 course with an emphasis on advanced reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.  This course will encourage deeper application, frequent academic discourse, and independent critical thinking.  Students who take this course are expected to be self-motivated learners with a strong foundation in oral and written communication who are eager to sharpen their skills.
