Print this data sheet and fill out information for your student.
Implement classroom based strategies consistently for a couple of weeks.
Document strategy use and whether or not progress has been observed.
Touch base with SLP regarding progress and/or need to move to Tier 2 interventions.
Make a copy of the data sheet and name it "[STUDENT] Speech MTSS"
Share this data sheet with the SLP
Find your student's sound in the tabs on the bottom
On data collection days, have the student repeat the word back to you. If they get it correct, put the word "YES" in the box. If they get it incorrect, put the word "NO" in the box.
Share your data with the SLP after 4 weeks.
