BUS REQUEST

All bus requests, whether a new request or a change request, must be completed using the Bus Request Form. This form is reviewed by the MPSD Transportation Department for proximity to our schools, bus routes and bus stops. Please provide an email address that you can easily monitor incoming mail as the bus assignment will only be sent to this email address.
