2023-2024 Borough Spring Varsity Sports Sign up Information (click the link for information)

A mandatory part of our Borough School Athletic Sports Program, for 6- 8th grade students, is the requirement of a health history and physical examination. The examination must be conducted within 365 days of the first tryout/practice, by a Health Care Provider that has completed the Student- Athlete Cardiac Assessment professional development module, and provided their certificate of completion to the Borough School.

Epi-Pen-If your child is in grades 6-8, and participating in a varsity sport, you will be asked to provide the coach with an additional Epi-Pen, to be kept in the Team First-Aid Kit, for the purpose of practices/games, and travel to events hosted at other schools.

Asthma- It is important that if your child is participating in any before or after school sponsored sports or activities, it is imperative that they have been approved by their prescribing physician to self-administer/carry their inhaler.

Please click on the following links and review them with your student/athletes.  You will be acknowledging that you have been distributed a copy of each as you complete the electronic parent/guardian sign off form in the digital try-out packet that is requirement for each sports season.
