Reserve Library Spaces and Rooms
To reserve any of our library rooms and spaces, please use our LibraryTrac reservation calendar. Only Lincoln staff will have access to view the login information. If you cannot view it, login to your school Google account.
If you are not a Lincoln staff member, please email April Vach to reserve the library.

More information about the library spaces and rooms available for reservations is below.
Library Space: Library (42 seats)
The main library space contains five large tables that seat at least 6 students each and two round tables that seat at least 6 each for a total of 42 seats. Two high top tables provide an additional 8 seats if needed.
Library Space: Collaboration Corner (26 seats)
The collaboration corner is located next to the fiction and nonfiction book shelves. There are four tables that seat 4 students each and 6 additional seats in study carrels. A screen is available for projecting.
Library Room: Creativity Lab (8 seats)
The Creativity Lab has two round tables that can seat 4 people each. The Creativity Lab is home to many of our makerspace items like our button makers and LEGOs.
Library Room: A/V Studio (4 seats)
The A/V studio has one table that can seat 4 people. The A/V studio houses our green screen, audiovisual equipment (cameras and microphones), and computers for audio and video editing.
