National Institutes of Health An article-based website that has information on the latest breakthrough scientific discoveries in medicine. Often redirects you to MedlinePlus (the next link below).
Merck Manual Merck's drug reference books are a staple for many doctors. This resource includes many images!

You can also use these library databases to search for information:
Gale has informational pages AND includes news articles about genetic disorders. If you use Gale at home use the "login with Google" button to access it.
Science Reference Source has only science news articles, magazine articles, and journal articles. If you use Science Reference Source at home and it asks you to login, choose "Wisconsin" and use 54220 for the zipcode.
