Technical Setup

Technical difficulties are no fun! We've provided information below to help avoid them.

Video Conferencing

  • MPS requires Webex to be used as the platform for live video sessions. Click here to test your browser’s compatibility with Webex. If you do not have Webex downloaded, you can choose “join from browser.”

  • If you’re a Mesa teacher, talk to your school about using the district provided Touch 10 for your synchronous meetup as an entire class.

  • Test out the technology beforehand to make sure it is functioning (microphones, speakers, webcam, internet connection, etc.).


MPS Teachers: Please reach out to your assigned EdTech trainer or visit our Contact Page at least one week prior to your event if you need assistance with the technology (Calendar, Webex, webcam, microphone, etc.).
