MPPFA General Body Meeting
The Wellness Committee of Mission Possible PFA is dedicated to the total wellness at MSJH, with the focus on the students’ mental and emotional well-being. The committee will be collaborating with the school’s counselors, administrators, teachers and ASB to help create and maintain a healthy, positive and safe school environment for everyone by promoting healthy and balanced lifestyles, self-care and by supporting a strong mental and emotional health program at MSJH. We aim to help addressing some of the important mental/emotional health issues that are common among our students such as stress, anxiety and depression through various educational programs, fun activities and meaningful projects such as stress reduction activities, calming techniques, self-care and coping skills and how to solve relationship conflicts with peers, families and others.
We welcome your ideas and comments on how to help our students with their mental/emotional health needs and ensure their emotional well-being from all members of the MSJH community.
Please feel free to contact us at wellness@mppfa.org. Thank you! Stay Well!
