The homecoming theme was shipwrecked. Students had lots of fun participating in spirit week, watching the pep fest, and going to the dance!
Student Council welcomed the Class of 2028 to Washburn!
On march 8th 2024 Student council hosted W-Intersession on Friday, March 8th! Students arrived at school as normal, but this was NOT a normal school day. It was a fun-filled day jam-packed with small classroom activities hosted by teachers as well as school wide activities like a spelling bee and talent show! There was food trucks available on campus as well! We had a great time at W-Intersession!

Washburn Student Council planned the first Winter Spirit Week, Pepfest and Winter Dance since 2020. There was lots of school spirit and participation!

To celebrate the start of quarter 2, we handed out candy and encouraging messages!
In partnership with YMCA and MN Secretary of State, Student Council ran a successful Midterm Mock Election.
Student Council hosted tables and provided supplies for students to write kind and appreciative messages to staff members.
