You could receive a free hotspot through TMobile Project 10Million for 5 years. This project provides 100 gigs of service per year, which is about 2 hours of internet per day. (You must remember to turn off your hotspot when you are not using it, or it will stop working!)
Families apply directly for this resource at https://www.t-mobile.com/brand/project-10-million. The form can be accessed in English and Spanish. Our school is listed under "Whittier Park Elementary."

The City of Minneapolis is unique as we have an outdoor wireless network that covers nearly 100% of the City. Find your nearest hotspot on this map.
When you arrive at a hotspot, search for the wireless network connection called USIW Free Wi-Fi. The connection requires a credit card to log-in, but it will not charge you.
You can also check out the closest Hennepin County Library branch to access free computers and even free printing (with a library card).
